 Lighting:
Shot thru a rinflash (ABR800) with a moon unit softbox straight on.

The camera was set a F11 @ 1/200 sec at 100 ISO

Processing:
1) Levels at red, green and blue to find whites and blacks at each channel
2) Curves to define white and black
3) selective coloring. I darkened the magentas and reds only
4) removed imprefections and smooted skin
5) did highlights/shadows on the masked hair
6) Dodged the highlights on her face and hair
7) burned the wall to add character.
8) sharpened the eyes, lips and wall

You definitely have some interesting/sexy people as your subjects, in contrast to the UK guys who go with the more traditional/sexy look. Another nice one!

i can see why jason says its very enjoyable .. lol .. being a guy and all ..
but it is a great image .. i love the weirdness of this .. her make up .. so extreme and the hair .. so different .. the clothing .. just see enough .. her pose .. 'who me?!!' ..
you really take the best sexy portraits jaime .. great stuff .. :)

gorgeous model, interesting conflicts you have in these shots between the wardrobe and backdrops. very enjoyable!
