A new edit of a picture I have offered up in some side challenges before. It is also my most popular image published at 1x.com.

I was conscious that this fish (and image) had never had a chance to get a score before - so here it is, let's see how he does. Technically; I'm very happy with it, try as I might - I've never managed to get a fish image as good as this since.

Conincidentally - this fish spawned during the submission week, so we now know it is a she!

Something's fishy about this one!
Seriously, what an unusual and outstanding portrait of a goldfish. My hat is off to you, this is one of the more creative shots in this challenge, IMO.

What a sad looking fish haha. I like the way it fades further in, the front is clear so he must have been very close to the glass?

LOL. Nice title. I think Ive seen this pic in somebodies profile but not about to start that search. Great capture and simple subject really made prominent with good pp and b&w conversion. Good use of little depth.

Heavily stylized images really float my boat. This already jumped out at me from the thumbnails. Excellent photo and gutsy processing. 9

For reasons I can't articulate, I really like this pic. Maybe its the "bug" eyes of the fish... I like the centered composition, B&W treatment, DOF, and the graininess to it.

Preferred the colour version - but these are still very good captures. It's always nice to see fish displayed well.
