This is from one of two outdoor model shoots that were organized through the Cleveland Photographic Society in November -- a bit chaotic with 30+ photographers and 4-5 models for each session, but a lot of fun.
Great image. The eyes are nice and sharp. I agree with a little tighter crop would help the balance of the image. Love to see a B&W version too.

Wonderful image, the color of her eyes is so good, in BW version the eyes are not as beautiful as in this one. Due to evening sun the color in eyes is great. I prefer the colored version. excellent shot.
First impression: Beautiful model. The makeup around her eyes creates those little sparkles that really draw me in.
Suggested improvement: I would like to see a tighter crop on the models face. The room above her head makes the image look too bottom heavy. I would also clone out the stray hairs running over her right eye.
I agree with the other commenters - the white balance is hurting what is otherwise a delightful portrait. I think fully front on can be difficult, but this is a good one.
either black and white OR a little change in the white balance would make this a winner (for me, though, this image is already fantastic and well composed, lit, and in sharp focus)
