Nice subject (I especially love the bullet holes : ))! I wish you had used a longer lens and a shallow depth of field to blur out the trees. That would have left the only detail in the bullet holes to make sure that everyone sees them!

Contrast, colour, it works........The colour alone in this image makes it stand out past many others. The snow really works here, and is perfect for the image.....great when nature works. A different crop maybe could have improved this......it seems a little too centred in the frame for me.......

It is a little known fact that Mary Kay started out as a notorious bank robber in the 1930's. Bonny & Clyde were mere amateurs in comparison. Mary always did her robberies with class, however. It was important to always leave a positive impression with people. (She was an early inspiration to the young Martha Stewart) Her style and class became her downfall, however, when her (very stylish) high heels slowed her getaway from the First National Bank of Podunk, Wisconsin. The local police were right behind her as she sped out of town. Unfortunately, her sense of style proved her downfall again, as the police found the pink sedan made for an easy target.

Mary Kay turned her life around in prison, becoming the makeup giant we know today. Of course, the pink car remains her trademark to this day, a reminder that even the worst in society can be reformed.

Looks like the car that Bonny and Clyde got shot up in.

the color really makes this sing, the bullet holes are a nice touch. It looks like someone has a machine gun or a lot of time on their hands.

This is a terrific image! The strangeness of so much of it leaves me with unfulfilled curiosity and many questions. A wonderful find, well composed and shot, and I just want to know the story of this poor old car......8

How out of place this pink shell car looks in the peaceful deep snowy landscape and yet the eye is drawn in to it at once. I do love this juxtaposition of opposites.

Stands out quite nicely in the snow.
