 Foggy morning quick stop, hand held. I was running late and the moon was setting fast, so no time to set up the tripod. Don't think it mattered much. The reflection is in a flooded rice field.

Beautiful, beautiful. I love the subdued colour with just that little bright accent of a moon. The frame is brilliant. It looks like it's hanging in a gallery, and so it should be.

This is excellent Roger. Love the subtle tones and the positioning of the waning moon. The subdued reflection off the rice field gives quite an eerie feel to the image.

Lovely shot. Sky gradient is really nice. Came out well for hand held, you definitely did fine without the tripod

I almost never add a border anymore, I got tired of the comments. The effect of this bright white border on this moody pic of insufficient light is to mesmerize my gaze, I look at the scene & I can't escape it. It seems even more moody & enigmatic with that big white border, the black seems blacker. I don't know if that was your thought when you added it, but that's how I see it. FWIW.

Like the feel and the tones. White border ok, but the bleck one should be absolute minimum if at all. (In my hasty opinion).

I'm with Germaine on this. Love the image but not a fan of the border... though, that said, I reckon the border would work well on a print, it's just that it doesn't allow me to see enough of the image here on DPC. :)
