| The problem with doing a long-exposure photo over a port area is that the yacht/barge/ships moves and our eyes can't often see that, proof is this photo. Without the yacht, this photo is good. |

| the boats are the prominent feature in this picture and unfortunately they're blurred due to movement. Perhaps with a longer lens you could re-frame and make the 'Eye' the main feature. good luck |
