Such a cute little hand!

A nice capture. Try to lighten up the image and boost the contrast in PS.
Too bad the framing cut off the little guys feet

Nice action capture. I wish there were some of her eyes showing... and the feet.

In my opinion this photo lacks any definition around the facial area and it is a shame that the paws have been cropped out.

That hand there creating a black palm print immediately grabs me. It's pretty close to becoming one of the most interesting images I have seen in a while. But, I think you need to spend a bit more time on this one and I think it would be worth trying out different crops too.
You could have cropped it a bit closer. I am not liking the way the ankles are chopped off. It's the palm that grabs me and I think that's what you have used too as the centre (but you could make it dead centre) and maybe you could try to put even more emphasis on that.

Just some thoughts since I think it's a great click.

Centered composition - yes. Subject interest - weak. Needs better lighting on the subject and composition isn't very strong, feet are cut off and the change between concrete and grass is strong.

cute

Cute, though it comes off as just a snapshot. A bit more editing may have been able to bring out some more details of the raccoon from the shadows. Some clarify or a modest touch of Topaz adjust, for instance.
