Probably my favorite tree ever. My wife and I planted this Ginko when our son James was born in 1998. It is magical in the fall with the leaves changing so quickly from green to yellow. These trees are known as living fossils, being one of the oldest examples of trees on the planet.

Editing Steps: Convert RAW in CS4. Adjustment layers for curves, selective color, hue/saturation, resize to 1440, Adamus Sharpening, minor clone in background to remove hotspot in upper right, add soft vignette as separate layer, resize for web.

One of my favorites. Aslo particularly love how greatly the tree pops in the Fall. It changes a bit later than the other trees so it's nice to have that yellow pop of color while everything else is grey.

I really like this image. Can't really put my finger on it because I feel like I shouldn't because it is all so much nearly the same shade of green (to me). but I really really like it - perhaps the doubling of the leaf and the touch of yellow, orange and bluish-green in the background. 8
