I love this - perfect use of PS if you ask me! Into faves. Love the position of that moon.
Edit to add: man, you got robbed on that score. I would have given it a 9 or 10. Sorry I didn't get to it!

I hate overly processed images... except this one. ;-) A very frame-worthy approach to an otherwise mundane scene, and very appropriate for a Free Study. I wish the top wasn't so brown (shift the color to purple or deep red maybe), but that's just my personal taste. 8

my gut reaction was that I didn't like this, but for some reason I kept looking and it gets interesting. The sky gradient is very pleasing as it the different gray tones in the hills. nice job with a creative effort.

interesting that the moon/sun? should appear light in a dark sky. A very graphic and pleasing image, imho.

I get more of an impression that this ought to be in a Photoshop competition than a photography competition.

I don't like strong manipulation, but this one results in a nice graphic image. Good choice.

Interesting, but I think I'd rather see the original.

This is the best use of effects on a picture that i have seen in a long time, great job.

The inversion probably does make this shot more interesting than it would be otherwise, but on the whole there really isn't much here to hold the viewer's interest. Generally, inverting is a novelty trick and I don't see much here to suggest it is functioning as much more than that.
