 for the october 09 - let's see your pets side challenge

used external flash ..
i had been meaning to show our 17 year old dog sasha in this side challenge .. she's up there on the firetrail with greg waiting for me to photograph katee jumping over the gate :) .. the bar she's jumping over is probably not much more than a foot above the ground .. :)
this shot is taken from the other side & shows how high ..

OH ROZ, u don't know how much i love this

It's a big deal to me cause it reminds me of a very special dog well trained in agility events..( the one i can't talk about)...

I love the way u took this Greg & Sasha in bg gives dimension distance depth ...
This is a winner.. U continue to amaze me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Her eyes look unbelievably good for having used the flash! I hate trying to use the flash with critters but if done right (like here) it really can produce some interesting pix.

It's like she's jumping through time. It has that 3-D feel to it almost. Nice stuff, roz.

Burning on the sides, and the flash make it appear that your little buddy is jumping right out of the shot. I like that you kept the leaves visible in the foreground in this.

Wow! what a shot! She's quite the athlete, not sure I could get my dogs to hurdle things, maybe with practice. I love the background here too, this is a ribbon winning shot, very technically sound.
