I like the composition on this. I'd really like to see a bit of a catchlight in the eye since it seems a bit lost in the darkness. That's hard to do in Low Key, I know... but always fun for me to have a goal to shoot for. :)

You should try diffusing the light with a piece of paper, it seems a bit harsh.
