Could this have been more badly underrated? I dig the color profile here- reminds me of mall lighting and its great- what does anybody else know? |

Thought this should have scored much higher. I love it. Possibly it suffered from being so close after the camera movement challenge. Pity though. |

I agree - terribly underappreciated. We all have different tastes, but this is a wonderful shot that just didn't grab enough voters. Be proud of it, anyway. |

I love blur and abstract shots, but there's nothing here to really anchor the eye. It's mostly chaotic -- needs some focal point or theme... or something. |

Well done. One of my favorites of the month. Very evocative, very dreamy. Big ol' luxury ride, sliding by in a blur... The owner would love this, I expect. |

OK, I'm going through the Free Study submissions, purposefully finding those images I think are shot with a less conventional eye - this is one of those images! Thanks for offering something that isn't just DPC friendly eye-candy (though of course there's nothing wrong with eye-candy). I'll be picking one of these images for my Mu (most underrated) award:
Positives: This is a lovely flowing near abstract image with enough solidity for the eye to latch onto - it actually took me a moment before the reference points kicked in and my brain understood what it is looking at. The overall effect is wonderful.
Critical stuff: Nothing really - perhaps a more landscape aspect ratio would be more effective but that's just me trying to put something n this section!
Overall: Great stuff! |

Oh, it's a car. LOL I had to study it. Love the complimentary colors. This is fun. Isn't blur amazing? |
