I think you did not focus this ic ery well and is kinda dark too

1/5 for meeting the challenge, 2/5 for technique, composition - total score, 3.. The composition is quite nice, but the depth of field is so shallow that elements of the subject are blurred; the overall contrast seems a bit too high, and the background a bit too dark.

I can see what you were thinking, but somehow these flowers don't show that "boredom and anticipation" of waiting. It is a good try, and a nice composition.

The focus looks a bit soft in some areas of the flower. It also looks a little underexposed to me. I would prefer some more light on the leaves to help them stand out from the background.

I can't really see a focal point. Were you perhaps too close for the lens to properly focus?

I'm struggling a bit to see 'waiting' in this photo, and the focus appears to be a bit off. Good composition though..
