 Thanks for the great comments. This is a macro of a Disney princess play shoe. It is pink. I then converted to BW in Nik Silver Efex, then changed to grayscale, then 8 bit, then duotone mode. I then set four various shades of pink and grey, thus it's a quadtone.

oooh I think I like this , no doubt some folks will complain its too whited out (pinked suppose) but I think thats what makes it work.

I really like the softness here - both in texture and color. The border seems bit heavy for this, I think a white border would have complimented this better. Still, one of my favorites of the challenge.

Pink has always been a soft, feminine colour to me, and this photo accentuates that very well. I can almost feel the photo. 9
