Cool. I'm so glad you used fishing line. I thought you had.

It's perfect.

An excellent image Congratulations to you and your daughter

HAHA! It probably should have been "Toast McGoats". I'll have to do a better job researching the web next time. Not really sure what it even means!! ;)

Way to go! Congratulations.

Wow! Thanks for all the votes and comments!!!

Setup:
The toast was held up by two pieces of fishing line by my daughter. After about 20 shots she told me her arms felt like they were about to fall off (thanks for all the hard work Kaylee!!) The lighting was from 2 Alienbees B800's on either side.

Good toast capture!

this is great!

Nice idea and well done. The toast seems a little overblown in the left. small, nit-picky thing: did you try from an angle more towards the front to add a little depth to the picture? 7

Perfect exposure, nice and sharp toast. Would had left the boarder out on this one imo. 7

Nicely done. Excellent composition. The lighting on the toaster is great, the toast seem a little washed out.
08/21/2009 02:07:28 PM
i think the toast would both fly in the same direction, the logic hurts my computer science mind, the trajectory is all off. Needs something added to the photo. 6

Nice shot of the toast flying out, great comp, 7.

You got here what most of the other entries do not: some nice interesting action. Very well done!

good jump!

This is a well executed shot: sharp, nice feeling of action, but it just seems to lack "punch." 7

Good job, I'm assuming the toast was held up by nylon lines? In my top 3.

Great idea, but the whites are just too blown out, around the toast.
08/19/2009 03:55:13 AM
makes me hungry
