 for the august snapshots side challenge

when katee's away the bird can play . !!
he's looking a bit raggedy coz he's molting .. when he loses a feather another one grows in it's place in a shaft which is called a pin feather .. the bird picks at the shaft to release the feather inside .. its quite messy .. !!!

Charlie makes me smile as much as Katee ! nice catch Roz...BTW, we will soon have a "new baby"--Zeke has been gone 3 months & we can't go thru life without another Lab in our lives :)

It's like the two things don't go together, which makes it interesting. I like the mix of the modern and the natural. Great stop action.

Wow! A really amazing capture. At first I thought this was inside a car at night and the thing flew out of the glovebox unexpectedly.
