 Well, it has been some time since I did one of these. And it almost did not get done. Something happened between my camera and cable remote release from day before yesterday to yesterday and the remote is just not working. I'll have to look up some trouble shooting at Nikon cause I just cannot not afford a new remote right now.

I set up a spare CD on black velvet and placed it next to my box of spare multicoloted CD jewel cases with a 100w energy bulb shining on the other side of the cases. Placed some water drops on the CD and shot with the camera on tripod using the camera timer.

Post:
Camera raw adjustments in PSElements 6.0.
Three crops.
Layer adjustments:
Levels @ 50% opacity
Brightness/contrast at 75% opacity
Hue/saturaton at 75 % opacity
Adjust sharpness.
Spot edit sensor dust.
Mew Layer, color curves adjustment using the Increase Contrast default and lowered the opacity to 50% in normal blend mode.
Resize.
USM.
