 Almost every night this little guy sneaks on to our back porch to "steal" our cat food. I set up my camera ahead of time (manual focus, exposure setting, flash setting) for a shot in the dark. I got lucky as he was looking right at me!

Buy him some racoon food, and he'll leave the cat's dinner alone. Is this a pet or a wild animal that wandered in? It would be a perfect shot, exept for the glaring eyes-the animal equivalent of redeye.

The image conveys much more of a sense of "watching" than a sense of "waiting." The banister seriously detracts from the image.

The railings are a cluttery distraction in this composition, but what it lacks in technique, it more than makes up for in charm and novelty.
