Another attempt at HDR. My last attempt (at least the last attempt I submitted to a challenge) suffered because the shots weren't lined up well at all. This time I used my tripod. The fireweed in the foreground did move a tiny bit because of the breeze but Photomatix was able to line things up pretty well. The 3 shots were at f/22 with an ISO of 200.

Once the HDR tif was created in Photomatix I resized and exported the image to JPG using PSP XI.

Greetings from the CC Club

Gorgeous, you did really well with this HDR, I really like it. Instead of being in Alberta, it looks like it belongs in the tropics somewhere.

I am torn here, I like the foreground, but it does take away from the shot. I would love to see the shot without the flowers and grass, but on the other hand it really makes it more than just a water and mountain scene. Like I said, a tropical scene.

Your clouds are excellent, your mountains could use a little more depth in them to make them stop feeling a little flat. I love the water colour, is it really that colour?

when you are taking shots for HDR, remember to have your ISO as low as possible.

Well done, gorgeous shot

A VERY beautiful blue. Colors seem slighly flat to me; maybe hazy or something.

lovely details , nicely processed , Hoverver the foreground you chose IMO is not the best. The tall pink flower actually distracts too much IMO. (no vote)
