I'm not russian , but I can read it a bit...
I guess you know the paper is " PRAVDA" ( Justice )
and than....
"In a Politburo Central Committee"

thanks everyone.
BTW this is a straight scan from a Ilford Delta 400 6x4.5 negative, so no PP has been done except for a slight bump in the blacks and the usual resize stuff. |

i like the cig butt in the midst of the mayhem..
scene is intersing find and capture...nicely detailed and b/w conversion is spot on |
