I wanted to show movement in the sledge hammer, but against a white background I didn't get the look I was after, so I inverted the image. I hope I haven't broken any rules.

Nice idea, but the negative image significantly muddies your statement. The can also seems a bit soft.

Not sure about the negative filter, I think it would have worked better as a normal shot with a 'spam attack' title or something.

What is the purpose of the negative? I wouldnt want to be around for the cleanup.
