I would personally put your subject on the left side of the picture looking into the blank space.

really flat image.. underexposed.. if you would have place the flash up high pointing down on the model that harsh shadow on the right would have been pushed down towards the floor. Also another light coming from the right would have lit up her face a little more and washed that shadow out.

I like it overall, but it has way more potential that you got out of it. The composition, negative space and shadow really work, but the light is flat and drab. Some post processing working with levels and curves would have made this really pop. as it is, it's a snap of a pretty girl in front of a bland wall 5

This has great potential, but it is much too dark (in the wrong ways), and the tones are very flat.

The lighting is unflattering and the shadow too harsh.

I like her pose and glance, I just think the lighting is letting this photo down.

The image looks muted. The model "blends"/gets lost into the background. For me, there's too much dead space to the left. Maybe a tighter crop from her shoulders up and different lighting would have helped in this image. Just not a lot of visual interest... IMHO.

your lighting is to dark on this...although I like the shadow on her face the color on the back is just dull in tone....like this was lit by a lamp on the floor and all the blank wall behind her does not add to the picture

man i wish that shadow wasnt there. nice model positioning, but her neck looks a little strained
