Like the others have said, the duotone treatment is well suited for this image. It has always amazed me that there are always more people watching than working in these situations.

Lots of nice detail. Not crazy about the big borders, though -- IMNSHO too close to the tone of the shot.

It was a good idea to convert this to the duotone. I like the connection between the foreground and top patterns, and that you got construction and destruction (behind the light pole) in the same shot. The people on the overhead walk add scale and interest to the shot too.

The problem seems to be the same everywhere. Nice capture and processing. Probably looks a lot busier in color.

The workers look just about as busy as those I see in Australia... I must always catch them on their tea break :P I like how this really makes a scene instead of just one aspect of a story.
