 At least I think it said spring. But it definitely said 2010. This was a parking lot for some time off of 17th Street between Locust and Spruce Streets in Philly. Only one I new was available as the other new one is nearing completion and doesn't have that in the process of being built look. New starts are just not happening right now....Except for Cira Centre two just across the Schuylkill and they are still in the demolition stages for that, at least the last time I drove by.

Post:
Camera Raw adjustments in PSElements 6.0.
Rotate CCW 90°.
Slight CCW rotation to straighten.
3 Crops.
Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation.
Adjust sharpness.
New layer curves adjustment using increase contrast style default and lowered the opacity to 40% in normal blend mode.
Resize.
USM.

To me, I think more 'dead space' would have made a more aesthetically pleasing photo. You've got some great focus and as is, a great find for the challenge.
