This challenge is called motion panning. looks to me like everyting is not moving? I could be wrong? |

There doesn't seem to be any panning going on here, and you've left the time stamp on. |

Where is the panning? Seemed to miss the mark unfortunately as it's a nice shot. |

I don't see how this at all relates to the challenge. Also having the date across the bottom is very distracting. |

You'll want to turn off you date stamp to make the image look more professional. Also, I see no sign of motion panning which was the challenge. I find the gaze through the wire interesting. |

I suspect you have confused the blur in the background due to DOF with the blur created by motion panning. Two different things I'm afraid. |
