The biggest shame is that this is a great image that would of placed the same without `tweeting` for votes.
Great idea - masterfully executed but ultimately let down by the `vote for me` link.

This is so cute! And I am so impressed with our voters in this challenge! They have really rewarded some creative, outside the box thinking, and I love it!! Congratulations on 8th place!

I did notice this during voting on Twitter and reported it to SC as I was not sure if it was permissible or not as I couldn’t find any reference on site. As the image was not DQ’ed I'm assuming it is ok to do so.
It is a nice image.

Sorry everyone,
I have decided to leave the site.
Unfortunately, what seems to me the unfair, challenge justice / injustice that is dealt out and blatant cheating that seems to go on by some has discouraged me from entering any future challenges.
I say goodbye and wish you all the best for the future.
I shall stay in touch with those of you that have become good friends.
As I can not delete my account or images I leave my images and this message for prosperity. (Or at least until my subs run out!)

care to explain why you would link directly to the voting page of this image from you twitter site asking to vote?
I think the image is good and would of stood up quite well on it's own merits without your 'AD'

| Cute and imaginative take on the challenge, but suffers from technical problems, mainly overexposure of the foreground & bun, and the yellow color cast. A custom white balance would have improved this, as well as a better-balanced exposure. And throw down another paper bag in the BG to hide the wood floor. |
