 I burned and painted out the surroundings. I tried neon glow at modest settings and colour choice - this version - saved it and went back and worked a lot more. I had a version with taxis as in this one, but with their reflections coloured normally (yellow) and was going to use that but the computer froze and I lost it and also lost the stage where I had coloured taxis in black surroundings. I might do it all again ... not.
