Pretty darn spectacular! The Pano image is nice too but this has a bit more impact. |

I think God specifically planned this to happen this way!
What I mean is last year when I was coming in the park to see this; I had seen photos, ...I had heard of it, ...and had driven through hours of more or less boring forests,(coming from coast) then coming up the side of this mt./old volcano, it is so bare...but when you come up over the top, this is what you see!! It really suprises you, even when you know it is there!!
**I thought I had some pretty shots of this, but yours is the second or third prettest I have ever seen!!
(The other person is a pro and has had cover photos for Outdoor Photographer Magazine. His name escapes me right now.)
all that to try to say this is an amazing place and yours is a very PRETTY photo.
PS I am very jealous of someone living in that gorgeous state!!..:)
Thank you for showing us this great set of photos!

That is so beautiful, thanks for sharing its magnificence. Unfortunaely I live on the opposite side of the Pacific, so I don't think I'll ever see it. |

Wow! That looks incredibly beautiful. I've been told that I need to visit Oregon... if only it wasn't on the opposite side of the country! (I'm in south Florida). Washington & Oregon are on my list of places to visit one day and now I know of one of my specific destinations. |
