 Sunday afternoon on the birdfeeder. These Bronzewing Doves are very common around here and frequent the feeder throughout the day. They're not too bright though and seem to leave it 'til the very last minute to escape if danger threatens.

Oh, he's a plump, nice bird..[I'll assume I'm hungry when I use those words to describe a dove] the colours are beautiful.. practically a portable rainbow!

Maybe she's just mesmerized by the talented photographer. Great use of shallow dof to create a beautiful bokeh. I agree with roz about the wings. Interesting how the same colors appear again in the background.
