 Adjusted contrast. Adjusted curves. Did a filter:render:lighting effects and did the omni to make the flower appear to be in the spotlight. Played with unsharp mask a bit too. I had painted the flower with a soft brush in overlay mode to give it a bit more pink.

The light coming through the petals is gorgeous! This is so soft and pretty; perfect DOF. I agree with Jedusi - I'd get rid of the brightish spot on the right.

Love the pastel pink here and composition.

Personally I would probably have cloned out the other oof flower on the right to leave the main one centre stage - but that's only my taste . .
