hey colleen .. this is so funny .. i was having a whinge to greg that he wrote 'nice' on the pic i put in of ann-marie with katee the other day on the road when she picked her up coz of the barking dogs .. i said to him that i thought it was better than 'nice' .. lol .. anyway .. he said he was in a hurry at the time and he doesnt usually write long comments .. i went .. oh really .. !!!
so i clicked on his comments made and went down the list .. when i came to this one i went ... ahha .. !!!!
and i read his comment all the way thru .. we had a big laugh ..
anyway .. i realised that i'd never seen this one .. must'v missed it when posting, altho i was sure i've commented on nearly every single photograph in our june side challenge ...
i just love this shot so much .. & shadow is so aptly named ... well for this shot anyway .. !!
this must be the house that colleen built .. !! .. i dont know the name of your boyfrield so i cant say .. this must be the house that colleen and ... built .. well i just did .. but you wouldnt have known wot the full-stops meant ... you do now .. !!
i do go on dont i ..?!!!
anyway ... i'm so glad that i found greg out coz it brought me to this brilliant shot .. this one will stay in my mind for a long time .. its totally unique .. :)x

All cats think they're climbers...until they're stuck. Then it's "help me down, will you? Please, please, please...meow, meow, meow..." Nice capture. |

Actually, Shadow is just waiting for someone to come out of that door - then stealthly she'll move to the edge and before the unsuspecting victim realises, peowwww, gotcha! Right on the back of the neck. She'll quickly make her escape and not return 'til the darkest depths of the night - after dinner of course - and lay in wait for her next victim. He! He! He!

Great shot of your kitty and well cropped! Beautiful clarity and processing, too. |

A very unique capture. I'm glad you captured this. I know how many times there was an interesting image that I didn't take and later regretted. |

I love Shadow's shadow! And my Sir Thomas can get on top of doors... I don't know how he does that either. Like that bit of blue sky and the green of the mat. Topaz'd? Processing is very nice. |

Now as someone from a rainy country the first thing that grabs me about this shot it how flat that porch is lol.
I'm guessing you don't get too much rain down there eh.
Nice pic I specially like the grain we can see in the timber and the presence of the cat adds a nice dimension |
