Not bad for your first entry :-) Realy nice detail on the skin and shell, would have prefered a different background to give an idea of scale.

Cute little guy. I'd like to see focus on all of the turtle. Great detail on the head. Jacko

I like this photo. It is avery cute turtle. The photo might be improved with a different background and with better lighting to remove the shadows. There is also a lack of focus on the back flipper.

Put this pretty thing back in his 1/2 pint jar. He looks like a giant here but he's so cute. I'm a sucker for animals. But doesn't hurt your photo is almost perfect. Just a little soft on the back leg but not enough to hurt a 10. PTL Great job!

Very, very good photo, but a bit antiseptic without an environment to associate to. 8 Swash

Wow! Is this a baby? I had a couple red eared sliders when I was a kid.

Great capture. I like the background you used. His hind leg is slightly out of focus but you did a nice job on lighting and cropping.

Neat.

This is a wonderful shot. The colors and pattern on him are beautiful. The only thing I think I would change would be the surface he is on. I think there might be something else that would "show him off" even more. Good luck, I'm sure you will do well.
