 Acoustic shakers for repetitive rhythm sounds. Top is pair of pong shakers from Bali, constructed of ping pong balls painted with designs from the first peoples of Australia then strung onto bamboo handles (Jamtown.com has more). These are nestled in a bed of goat hoof shakers (attached with string to two fabric rings to fit ankles).

Unplugged capture as well. North window light bounced off ceiling, and off large white reflector to camera left and another above objects to camera right. Tripod, exposure delay, extra shot with WhiBal for color correction.
