 Masked out the ship (Pain in the ass BTW)
Topaz on background... the vignette somehow came out of that process

Wasn't thrilled with the background, so I Topaz'd it again on Exposure_Color_Stretch presetting
Burned ship halo
There was some motion blur on the prow of the ship, so I cloned a bit to sharpen it up.

great sky...I would have worked a little harder to make the composition more dramatic...a wider lens???

oh, I really like this alot...just one thing...did you over sharpen? It seems that the rusty area has some white halos...
