 Sorry, this is more of a play around than anything, but the moon has been added - overlaid? (The river shot is nearly a year old, but the moon was this month's full moon.)
The original image has been inverted and had poster edges from filter gallery. Then the moon has been added with blend mode screen ioo% and its reflection with screen blend of 80% The bottom half has been given a ripple filter and brightness/contrast taken down.
