 This is a single image with the text overlay on the left and some brush work on the right to make a blended triptych. I used duplicate layers and the pastel filter in Color Efex Pro to lighten it up.

i think the reason you are crowding the village is that you are so darn good with this ovrly stuff. the green, with a hint of lavender blue. and balance is marvelous!
