This fish will probably be identifiable as mine, but it is the best picture I have taken this month.

The image is taken with my 50mm macro as opposed to my new 180mm since it was better suited for this tricky hand-held shot. I have lit the scene with a single external studio flash and placed some black card behind the aquarium.

The image has been rotated 90 degrees.

The beautiful contrast and largely B&W presentation are wonderfully presented. Composition is superb. I love that it's an out of the box entry ... creative! Among best in show.
