Greetings from the Critique Club!
Initial impression: I like this shot with the reversed-out tones and surreal feel to it. Didn't understand straight away (as you can tell by my in-voting comment) that it reflected a bridge phobia specifically.
Technical: Like the bridge trusses on the left, clean lines, dof good, pov ok cause you were probably in a car at the time. A more extreme pov may have got you higher scores. I don't mind the level of post-processing here, I think it enhances the nightmarish quality.
Artistic: Good feel to this shot, made me wonder why your world view was inverted. Both idea and execution work well.
FWIW: I would try to convey a stronger sense as to why crossing bridges is a nightmare for you; if you can't do it with the camera, give it a title that gives a stronger idea of what your phobia is. Play around with your post-processing program, check out the built-in tutorials most have, and just have fun tweaking the image. All in all, good work!
