Nice smoothing of the water. Pushing the colors introduces a level of abstraction that works pretty well here.

I am not keen on your choice of processing technique, with the 'painted' effect. Much detail in the white of the cascading waterfall has been lost - but I do know how hard it is to balance the exposure, to retain detail in the shadow without blowing the highlights. A pleasing composition, but a photo that as a whole doesn't work for this viewer.
