 A small part of the Alluvial Fan cascades in Rocky Mountain National Park. The Lawn Lake flood of July 1982 created this large area of rocks and cascades. Normally, on March 22, this falls would be a thundering rampage of snowmelt. Because of the drought, the river is running low. Shot in the shade of the mountain.... before the sun was high.
