 Our annual Begonia Festival was on last weekend and because of the drought there are no flowers in the garden beds. The schoolkids had made heaps of paper ones on sticks and that is what I have derived my border from. The girl was on stilts, but the pictures I took of her and her companion were pretty ordinary, so I have cropped her heavily and rough pastelled everything,
Sharpen, brightness/contrast, radial blur zoom,duplicate layer, erased blur from her face, flatten image, copied and pasted onto flower bg. added border, etc.
