Beautiful colors and eye contact. I would clone out the legs in the background though. You could even crop down close to the top of her head and make it a longer aspect ratio. It would go up at least a point for me. (7)

You should have stepped a bit to the left - so that the tree is not sort of emerging from her head. And waited till the pedestrian in the background disappeared. That would have made a much stronger image.
