This window is in great shape compared to the rest of the building. I really like how the red paint stands out against the weathered siding.

Interesting shot. I like that the window frame is red.
03/17/2009 03:31:48 PM
Creative image, well seen.

Interesting. In general I enjoy images of buildings that are in the process of falling down, but I found the light colored panel in the lower left corner distracting. Also, the window might be better placed within the image if you cropped a bit off the top.

This window doesn't really pop for me, I don't think it has the sharpness or the saturation that it would need to shine.
03/17/2009 11:18:22 AM
Good timing before it all fell apart! Nice textures and patterns
03/17/2009 10:36:10 AM
Beauty from the mundane, good eye...

great shot bit dark for my liking
03/16/2009 04:58:11 PM
Interesting shot.

Good shot, I like the way the window remains steady while all around is falling
03/16/2009 02:38:34 PM
Good shot. Nice composition.
03/16/2009 03:59:55 AM
not too interesting sorry

Some really bad pixellation detracts from this image for me. The composition is nice.

OK, this is the last image I have to comment on... and of course I'm really not sure what to say about it. I'm seeing some pixelation (?) around some of the elements, esp. the corrugated bit lower left. the light is a little flat but given the subject that's not all that much of an issue

a tad underexposed IMO

That is so cool......the house is falling apart but the window seems to be still staying straight.

This could be an interesting shot. I would have cropped the bottom at the bottom of the window. Also it needs to be a bit sharper focus and color/contrast needs tweaking.

wonderful find, love the red and how the lines leading to it are coming in at an angle

because of its quality it looks like a pic from old magazine :D
and thats about it I think ;)

take care,
brano :D

Great idea, but I might like it more in black and white. The color doesn't add much -- it's mostly about the the lines and shapes and to some extent, the textures.
03/14/2009 05:45:00 PM
Interesting lines and colors

It certainly is a window, although it looks as it won't be for long. Nice patterns of the old wood.

Very interesting scene, but the composition doesn't leave any room for the eye to roam the frame.

This one is a fixer-upper but the owners are willing to make a deal on it.

Could use a little more focus but good on you for seeing the art in this.

interesting composition, focus could be a little sharper and maybe a little more contrast?

Looks like it's determined to stay up even if the building falls down around it.

Too low key and the image doesn't quite excite me sorry! 5
