|No surprise whose this is. My original idea was to have a USB or Ethernet cable coming off the shoehorn, to represent my geek side. It just didn't seem to work as well for the image as the this scoop of loose screws did.
I finally managed to get a shot of my shoehorn without glare. Flash was aimed to the right side and bounced off the wall.
This will be doing well if it comes in with a low to mid 5. My shoehorns have a high "I don't get it" factor with voters, so they tend to get a lot of low votes.

A last minute addition to my notes that didn't beat rollover.
Anticipated critiques are:
-Suggestions that it needs greater depth of field (Agree, but it's a last hour entry, so no time to reshoot)
-Too much negative space at the top. It was either that, or a wide panoramic crop, which didn't suit the subject.
In hindsight, I should have shot this with my Powershot S5, which has a better macro mode and depth of field at that range.
Scored higher than expected, came in the upper half of the challenge and made for my highest scoring shoehorn to date. I'm pleased.
One subtle detail that nobody seemed to notice is that these are all computer screws.
