 Ever since I was really little, I remember my parents saying that I was going to be a "late bloomer in life." I always felt somewhat insulted by this, but it really makes you wonder about how your parents shape you as a person because it turned out to be true.

I've been seing these flowers a lot recently on trees. I have no idea what they are called but they are really beautiful. They are about6 inches in diameter when fully bloomed and do not smell. Let me know if you have an idea :)

Haven't done a basic edit in a while but I hope it does okay...especailly since its of a flower (eek!).
-cropped, brightness/contrast, saturation, sharpening, added border, and resized.

That's what I though at first too, but I've never seen any with color before and they don't have a scent. BUT after looking online I guess there are quite a variety of magnolia trees and this is apparently a "Susan Magnolia" or "Tulip Tree" :)
