 Just my cat, Félie, basking in the sun. She is an Abyssinian and so, she LOVES the sun. It's never too warm for her. Poor thing to have found herself living in a home in QUEBEC where the temperatures hover under 0 C for 6 months of the year...

Gave it a sepia duotone, some ArtGrain filter from Xero and some Shadow/highlights adjustment in PS.

Ahh, love the light here on your beautiful kitty! Marvelous pose, she looks like a regal Egyptian statue almost, and definitely a sun worshipper :-) The tones, the detail, pose, lighting, everything is spot on.

AWWWW. I love how cats and dogs sniff the air for the tiniest aroma. The light is lovely and the sepia is a great color choice.

Caroline, she is adorable! I'm a pushover for cat pics and this one is simply charming. She looks soooo pleased with the warm sun, it's a shame the weather is so cold but eventually it will change. Her expression says it all.

beautiful caroline .. and i was wondering who you were so i checked out your profile page and all became clear .. and i'd never considered that connotation for your old user name .. & usually something like that would stick out like a sore tooth to me .. lol .. !!
its a gorgeous shot of your cat .. love the way she's stretching up into the sun .. she looks to be yearning for the warmer weather .. 6 months with temps that low .. no wonder she's yearning .. !!.:)
