 Part of my daily routine consists of watering the lawn and keeping the levels up to par in my backyard pond. Always a watchful eye as shown in the photo, Local water management makes sure I comply with local water restriction policies.

Very cool! Nice detail and dof.. colors are great too... I like how the leaf in the background echos the line of the tail... congrats

What a fun lizard - the reflection on they eye is really wonderful and the way his little claws wrap around the handle. The DOF is great - how it shows the head and shoulders crisply and then the tail is blurred. I don't care for the banding of the border on the top and bottom.

Neat pic. But the title alone doesnt make it a habit. The lizard would be better if all it were in focus. Work on depth of field.

It´s hard to say it fits the challenge but this image is just to good to rate it low.

Great shot! And water management is a *good* habit. The border on top and bottom only is a little distracting, but your focus and depth of field are right on the money. I'm giving this photo an 8, not just because you caught the shot well, but because it is a breath of fresh air among all the toilets, cigarette butts and boogers.

It is a good shot of the critter but I don't see how it meets the challenge.

A well executed inmage, loses a couple of points for the dof being too shallow - tail out of focus, I know you were trying to get the background blurred but the tail is just as important for me. And I'm struggling a little to follow your thoughts on 'habits', but I won't penalise that !!
