For my taste, I'd try to focus either the guy or his hand with the ball, also use a faster shutter speed to avoid the very blurry look of the image. The way it is, it's so much blurry, and looking completely out of focus.

the only this not blurry here is his foot, unfortunatly. maybe if his face was the only sharp part it could have been a cool effect, but the blur seems to detract from the meaning of the photo

I think this would work better if it didn't feel crooked and if the background were sharp and clear, even if there was motion blur with the jumper.

Good concept. I suggest a faster shutter speed & possibly positioning yourself in a position where you don't capture that over head light which is blowing out that area of the photograph

Way too blurred for me. You need a faster shutter speed for action shots. With a lot of inside areas being poorly lit, that also means changing the ISO to a higher level if possible
