 February Diptych/Triptych #11.

Both photos taken within the last week. A couple of old, very faded advertisements. Rather than go for a sepia or b&w look, I increased the contrast and over-saturated the colors. They are easier to read this way. I'm not happy with the "composition" but I like the signs.

I've always thought those old painted wall ads were great...not many of the real deal vintage ones around here though. Great texture!

I love those signs. I'm so glad they haven't been pasted over with new billboards, or cleaned off.
