 While I don't expect this to do terribly well, I liked the idea and enjoyed taking the picture. This was the first time I used both a camera remote release and a daylight-balanced lamp, and I was happy with both of them.

I look forward to getting comments to improve my approach, in particular, 'the hair is distracting' comments. I wasn't going to shave my chest for this picture! :-) Also realised from a few shots that I really need to get back to exercise and the gym!

Literalism combined with anatomic and biblical allusions. Love the shadow of the stem.

Lighting is little harsh, creating dark shadows.
